Just installed the game. Could not get it to start. When game is loading gets to 99% and app closed
I like the old sonic runners better than some app making it bad
Fun game but I kinda wish I hadn't paid for something I could finish in like 2 days. It may just be me? It isn't that bad because it's an overall good game. But, then what after you finish the story, you get to replay the same levels likeeee? There should be more to the game aside from just the small, short storyline. Maybe online races or something, more to collect even. Maybe it's just me being stingy since I spent my money and realized I already almost finished the game a few hours later.

The overall game is okay, with the same decent controls as its precursor. The only issue I had was the boss in world 3, since some of the bouncing spiked balls actually don't fully bounce over you, resulting in an unavoidable hit unless you trigger invincibility. That, and the game may crash when restarting a stage. Overall, a good, short game.

Fun addictive game, nice graphics, for Sonic I def prefer a 2d side scroller this over all the 3d temple run style games

Its fun and great and plays smooth
Flight character gameplay is ridiculously bad. Far too floaty and imprecise controls with absolutely no indication of remaining flight time, which itself is far too short given how vague the controls are. Additionally, when hidden flight gauge does run out, the character then enters this state of simply not responding to any controls what so ever, which is extremely frustrating given the near endless number of spike traps and missiles that are unnecessarily crammed into the levels. These hazards also also have the annoying effect of taking away your controls without compensating with invincibility frames, resulting in an absolute mess of "gameplay" consisting of nothing but your character limping through the stage as they get battered like a pinball between endless hazards. The revival invincibility is also atrocius in how it also suffers from the lack of control problem infecting the game which causes you more often than not to become unstable again and return to the purgatory of hazard pinball that the player is punished with for missing jumps by literally milliseconds, which in itself will probably cause you to die again.

As someone who really loved the original Runners gameplay, I was very happy to see that the core of what made the game great is alive and well here. I actually prefer some of the changes here, like the inclusion of a mission based system over pure point scoring, the finite mission, the loop mission where rings collected on one lap stay missing on subsequent laps, and some of the spring and grind set pieces are a nice touch to show off the 3D engine, which feels smoother and better optimised on my galaxy note 2 than the original. That said, there are some things that are notably absent that I hope to see return in future updates, such as more buddies and characters, in-level power boxes (I've only seen the bonus stage box so far), invincibility music (which is sorely missed, especially as the invincibility is a lot less visually obvious), and more of the original Runners music in general. Also, having multiple bonus stages based on the various wisps would be nice, and a more significant reward for playing through them besides just more rings, such as some free to use power ups. On the whole, it's a good and well-deserved comeback that I hope to see grow over time.
Good game, but it doesn't do the first game justice. The first game had a better art style with thick outlines so when things get hectic you can still see what you're doing without it being a sensory overload like this game. The game also doesn't have as many characters in this game as they did in the first one. The game currently only has Team Sonic, Team Dark, and Team Chaotix, not even Team Rose appears in this game. The gameplay is still fun in short bursts though.
This is a good remake of the first Sonic Runners and I think its fun but it still lacks what made the original more enjoyable. The only thing I dislike about this is that there are less characters, buddies, and events. Hopefully the next update adds more to this game, also the models look a little werid to me

In its previous life, the game existed as Sonic Runners, though Sega pulled the plug on the game a year after its worldwide debut.
Simple, fun gameplay if you love Sonic. The levels are well thought out, have throwbacks to the original games and has a cool soundtrack. There is a good level of difficulty - not too easy and not too hard. Also enjoyed how certain characters were needed to complete certain stages utilising their skills - like Tales to fly to higher parts of the levels. The controls are basic though, only relying on you to jump at the right moment. Overall, great for a quick burst of action for a platform game.
This game is brilliant and has so much potential. It's criminal that such a good game can have so few levels. I completed this in less than a month and for a few years now, I just replay old levels, never really achieving anything. It's abandoned and therefore deserves only 1 star, but I can't bring myself to do it.

I was looking for a mobile sonic game to pass the time. I came across Sonic Runners Adventure which seems to be inspired by Mario Run/Sonic Rivals. The graphics and presentation are phenomenal and even the story is decent However the level design is awful for platforming and obstacles are placed in the cheapest of spots some are just altogether unavoidable. While I can't give it a full five stars, 2.99 isn't a bad price and with no in-app purchases I would still recommend this to any sonic fan

The reason im giving this game a 3 star rating is because when i got this game it did not feel like sonic runners.
I thought I could finish the game and get my money back from the refund option. but I decided to uninstall it but now I cant get my money back. It says install. At least give me the option. Hey isnt this getting revived? If so can i get free acsess since i bought the original game?
